All-in-one Profile page

Is it possible to have the profile page display a user’s profile info, wire, posts and friends on one page.
On the Tasty Kitchen website (http://thepioneerwoman.com/tasty-kitchen/), when you go to a member’s page, you see their personal info (Likes, Location, etc), a few Wire Posts, Recent Posts, Recent Comments and Friends on one page, with links to go to a full listing of each content item. Right now on my site, everything there are tabs to take you to each individual page.
This must be possible but I’m not sure if there is a plug-in available or if this is a total custom coding job.
