Anybody having problems with godaddy hosted sites and MSN email deliverability

I find it very odd that when I send an email from no-reply@mysite from that inbox, messages make it to junk folder in MSN emails. However, when buddypress sends that email, having same address, with some kind of notification, it does not show up anywhere.
Is this a problem with shared hosting, godaddy? but then again when a regular test email is sent from that inbox it does make it to junk.
anyone, please?
