Anyway to allow users on buddypress site to tag locations on a map with pics and comments?

I have been looking through various plugins and haven’t come across anything that would work for what I want it to do yet:
I want users on my buddypress page to all be able to tag photos and comments to a central map. My stie is going to be for a small freestyle ski/snowboard community and I want to allow users to tag all of the various spots (handrails, staircases…) they have sessioned. Ideally making a map for other riders to check out new locations and allowing users to make comments and share their pics. A similar idea to what I want to do is – iskatehere.com – a site for skateboarder to share their favorite spots
