when i publish a post (in french) from into the group forum page, (/forum/topic/190) the text appears as normal.

ie. c’est (in the title field)

ie. données (in the text field)

When i read this text on the forum page (forum/topic.php?id=190#post-838)

– les donn/amp/eacute;es

this address comes up because i use bblatest-discussion widget

these are old bugs, as far i remember, who come again
