Auto adding users to grpups

I’m looking for a way to when people purchase a subscription it auto adds them to a group and forum.

Is this possible?
Using WordPress
Woocommerce 3.5.3
Buddypress 4.1

What about for when they purchase a product/ membership

BuddyPress does not include a feature to sell membership

Correct. I have the products in woocommerce. And the membership plugin. im looking for a way to when someone purchases a membership it automatically adds them to that specific group

That would need to be a feature of those plugins, or custom code I would have thought.
