Automatic membership in a specific Group

I have an “All Users” group to which all registered users are added. Is there a way to specify that, when a user registration is approved that the user is automatically added to a specific group?

WP version 5.1.1
BuddyPress version 4.2.0

Thank. It works fine with WP 5.1.1 and BP 4.2.0.
