Hi there, PLEASE HELP!
I have been struggling for weeks trying to get the Avatar to work. User can not upload Avatar if BP Attachments in installed, however, if BP Attachments is removed, then user can not post images in BuddyPress feeds.
This is very frustrating, I am using BuddyPress with Paid Memberships Pro and I would really like a solution.

Hi,

In this support topic of the BP Attachments Add-on, there’s a code snippet to disable the beta feature about managing Avatar using the Add-on instead of BuddyPress Legacy Avatar UI:

It should help you carry on being able to share media in activity updates & being able to upload avatars in a more stable way.
