Avatar Crop bug (Selection small and not working)

Hello!

I have a small problem with BuddyPress:

the selection rectangle for the avatar is very small and unselectable and the uploaded picture is as you can see pretty cut.

Someone knows a solution?
I’m using:
Customizr theme
and
Wordpress v. 4.7.3
//EDIT
I’m also using lazy load

I’m sorry I already found the solution:
I tried to examine the code via f12 – it was lazy load for some reason. I disabled it and it’s working fine now.
