Avatar crop error

    Hi! I have a big problem whit the crop image avatar. It simply wont work. When a user upload an avatar picture all works fine but when cropping it the croptool dont show. The big image show and the “cropped version” only show the upper corner of the image, since the tool doesnt show that is what will be cropped. I have tried to deactivate all other plugins with no result. when checking for javascript errors I get this message.

    Result of expression ‘jQuery(‘#avatar-to-crop’).Jcrop’ [undefined] is not a function.

    Any help would be great!!

    @tiam, @aelofoge, Make sure you are running jquery 1.4.2. Ensure that your theme/childtheme isn’t trying to call a different version of jquery. Or make sure at one of your plugins aren’t using their own version of jquery. I had the same problem and I solved it by making sure I was using the correct version of jquery.

    Yeah, my problem was the jquery version as well.. thanks for the help.

    Is it happening in case of multiple web-browsers ?

    as it happen with my demo install , the solution was , I restarted the browser and everything turn ok ….
    also updating the browser or delete browser cache can solve the problem , If its related to browser ?
