Avatar not appearing

    I cannot find a suitable answer to getting the Avatars to appear. I am using wordpress version 3.6.1 and have downloaded the latest version of buddypress 1.8.1 and am using the theme Buddypress Default 1.8.1

    I can load the avatar and see it in order to crop it however once cropped, it does not appear although the profile avatar is in the folder http://aidwork.net/wp-content/uploads/avatars/1/ and the group avatars are in http://aidwork.net/wp-content/uploads/group-avatars/8/ The code in the program does not appear to point towards these avatar folder and as such cannot locate the file and only the default text appears.

    How can this be rectified? What file and part of the code do I need to alter?

    Thanks, I have the same config but the same problem; the avatars show up correctly in WP dashboard but are not shown in BP (the crop-function doesn’t work either). I’d like to know if there is a fix which can be implemented by upload…

    Did anyone get a response or answer to this. I’m having the same problem.
