Avatar Picture Quality Issue

    I use the php echo get_avatar function to get an avatar image of users on certain pages. The problem is this function seems to work with a 50×50 dimension version of the avatar, so any size I post above that and the picture quality is horrible. Can I change this avatar dimension that this function uses somehow, because for example the profile photos employ a larger dimension so I’m not sure why it’s different when I use this function.

    The 50×50 dimension version is the small thumbnail, I see that there are other dimension versions available in each users’ avatar upload folders but how to call those images instead of this thumbnail one?

    Thanks @mercime, I was using it on a Event page and displaying author avatar using this:

    get_author()) ; ?>

    How would that translate in your format?

    Not sure what you mean. You wanted the avatar or the link to the Member’s profile page?
