Hi,

I have been trying to get the avatars working correctly for a few days now and no one has a suggestion on this site that works. When I try and change my own avatar for example everything would appear to go through fine, in fact I get a “Your new avatar was uploaded successfully! message after uploading an image, cropping it. But nothing changes and I cannot see a file actually present on my FTP in the wp-content/uploads/avatars/1/ there is absolutely nothing in there.

I now permissions are fine because I can upload media to other parts of the site and I can see they are present in the uploads folder on the FTP.

I am running WordPress 3.0.5 with Buddypress 1.2.7

Is anyone able to help me with the problem.
