Avatar Uploads Stopped Working

Hello everyone i am having a bit of trouble. I have recently changed my theme and now my members cant change there user profile pictures. I’m sure it’s a theme problem because i have done nothing else and now they cannot. the theme is the supermag theme and im running the latest version of wordpress. Can anyone please help me fix this it’s super important i will provide you with whatever information you need.
