I already installed buddypress plugin and added some custom form to register page. I’ve got a fatal bug when trying register with another email on this register page show message error like screenshot below:

My result analysis:
Basic Detail Account Form Script Got Hidden like screenshot below without explanation like below:

So, How I can fix to show basic detail account form again on register page?
