bb-config perrmission is 666 ?

    I read WP security tips saying files permission should be 644, so I’m checking my files. I saw bp-config.php permission is 666, I tried to change it to 644, but got message saying “operation not permitted”. Is this 666 correct? Should I change it? How to get it changed?
