Hi again-

So, in the process of setting up the bbpress forum page, I realize that I can’t figure out how to get it to look the way I want it to, and I’m wondering if it’s because I’m retarded and can’t figure out how to do it, or if it just doesn’t work that way… This is how I want it to look:

The forums are separated into iPhone Forums, iOS & O SX Reviews, Jailbreak Guides… Etc…

Mine looks like this, and I can only get 1 section to show…

I want those first 3 forums to be under the heading StonerApproved Basics, then I want a few more sections for other forums… I hope I’m making sense. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not exactly, But first, you need to create categories for the forums https://codex.bbpress.org/getting-started-with-bbpress/#creating-your-first-forum then proceed from there. Best get assistance or more information at https://bbpress.org/forums/

@mercime Thanks so much for your response! I did attempt to add them to categories, and these are the results I receive. Not exactly what I’m looking for, but we’re getting closer.

The following user is using BuddyPress/bbPress Forums… I’m guessing they customized a lot of the code themselves. But this is exactly what I’m looking for. How the Forums are separated into categories. It’s very clean, and organized, and you get the bigger preview for each forum inside of each category.

That’s customized bbPress forums which would require you to copy over and modify bbPress template files and tweak some styles. Check out https://codex.bbpress.org/theme-compatibility/
