bbPress has not been activated

uninstalled twice but this hasn’t helped. Things are there on my site e.g members and activity but mentions dont work cant find topic friends button doesn’t work ?

ok so friendship kinda works still I,m a newbie and the topics cannot be found. Mentions don’t autosubmit or theres no submit button that I can see and other plugins tell me that bbpress is not active lol Thanks for your time!.
