    Best way to get a response on Free support forums?
    If anyone has any pointers it would save a lot of waiting

    The best answer and advice I can give is that you are at the mercy of the volunteers which give help in their free time. Patience and persistence will pay off and keep in mind that it is not polite to bump your support request unless you have not received a reply in 24 hours and only bump every 24 hours thereafter. Also keep in mind that there is no obligation or expectation that any volunteer will have the answers your looking for. If your support request is that urgent you may want to consider hiring a professional on the jobs board. Good luck!
