Okay, I’m trying super hard to not be all frustrated and whatnot, but I’ve been trying to figure this out for a couple of days now, and I can’t tell/find what I’m doing wrong. When I look through the forums, it seems that everyone’s problems happen…alright, let’s start from the beginning.

I just started using WordPress. I installed it this last Friday or Saturday. Very nice, lots of fun, great. I need a forum on my website. I tried bbpress, but it wasn’t working for me. I’d create separate groups but it would desplay all of the posts together. It was super aggravating. After messing with it for six hours yesterday, and not being able to find any help, I deactivated the plug-in and uninstalled it.

So, today I come across BuddyPress, and it sounds awesome. Forums, and networking, and all that? Great! Exactly what I need! I install it, it creates the pages, but they’re blank. Super blank. I’ve increased all of the memory and whatnot, and that did nothing. Plus, even tho it said it installed the forums, it didn’t. There’s no forum options. So then I redownload and install the bbpress forum plug-in, and all of the test posts I had show up, which leads me to believe it never got removed in the first place…I don’t know what to do, it’s not working, and I’d really like it to.

What’s wrong? What am I doing wrong?

I would also like to add that I don’t know coding, I don’t know the CSS, but I’m willing, so if I need to put something somewhere, just tell me what and where I can find the file exactly.
