Blank User Settings Page

I wasn’t really sure where to post this, but I’ve installed BuddyPress with WP Multisites using subdomains. All seems to be working fine as regards blog creation etc, but when a user tries to access their ‘Settings’ page it shows up blank. I checked my error logs and it showed me this:
`[19-Apr-2012 11:39:49] PHP Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘ABSPATHwp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/******/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21`
Any help would be appreciated, as everything else works fine!
