Blog avatars not showing on tracking page in multisite.

On the tracking pages of each of my blogs the avatar for each blog is not showing. Instead it is showing avatars of random users (not the avatar of the admin for each blog).

Where and how do I get these avatars to display an image that is representative of each blog in the multisite rather than user avatars.
