BP 1.2 Show a specific users avatar and full name

Can someone tell me in BP 1.2 to display a specific user’s avatar and full name? I’m trying to reconfigure my theme’s homepage for 1.2 and I cant seem to figure it out. Its probably simple but I’m a newbie at this.
