bp-functions.php breaks all other plugins – HELP

I have narrowed it down to the bp-functions.php file is somehow overruling the functions.php of WP Responsive Menu and now I can not toggle my menu in mobile. It is also breaking my sliders from Shortcodes Ultimate Any ideas on how to work around this?

Edit: BuddyPress Version 2.3.4 – WordPress Version 4.3.1
