BP Groups

It seems that BP wants to only list groups a member is in, when clicking the groups tab. How can one add a sub item to view all groups. I know there is the “built-in” groups page, which is separate visually from the rest of the users setup, but I’d like to keep things visually the same, if possible.
Any help is appreciated.
