BP message system. Change inbox so it also displays unanswered sent items.

Im trying to alter the inbox so it also dislays unanswered sent items (threads). Instead of only displaying threads that have been answered.
The reason I want this is to remove the “sent” section in the inbox.

I would appreciate it if anyone could save me some time 🙂
