BP options not work – Windows IIS7 server

Hi, i was read some problem about this, but i don´t have luck.
The problem is that “My account” menu isn´t work, i mean if i click any option unde this menu (except log out), redirect me to main page, the dame issue with “my site – create a site!”, notifications menu, Activity, Blogs, Groups, Members and sample page tab, all redirect me to “start”.
I’ve WP 3.3.1 Multisite, BP 1.5.4, BuddyPressTemplate Pack 1.2.1 and BuddyPress Default theme (last 3 active for network); my web server is in IIS7, rewrite_module is active
When i test pages (from menu “Pages” on BuddyPress Menu under WP admin panel) do the same issue.
