First of all hello to all the good people and developers,
If anyone can help me I have a small problem, actually I’m just getting started with PHP programming and working on the redesign of the web site … I do not have any experience, but I’m learning slowly one by one 🙂

This is what I want:

1.When user receives a request for a friend to see the number of how many requests I have, and when no one requires me to print padding – you have no requirement for a friend –

2.When user receives a personal message that we see the number of how many unread messages I have, and if there is not a message that we printed padding – you do not have any messages –
