“bp-sn-parent” theme missing

    Hello! I’m trying to install the Teatro Macigo buddypress child theme. Buddypress is already installed on wordpress without problems. The default theme works fine.

    When I attempted to install the Teatro Magico theme, it initially seemed to work. WordPress said that the installation was successful, and the preview worked as well. When I attempted to activate it, it reverted to the default wordpress template. It says that the Teatro Magico theme is broken. The Broken Themes error explanation is as follows:

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    O Teatro Mágico The parent theme is missing. Please install the “bp-sn-parent” parent theme.

    Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong here?

    Is bp-sn-parent another wordpress theme that I just haven’t downloaded yet?
    Can anyone identify it for me?

    Teatro Mágico is a child theme of bp-sn-parent, which was an official BuddyPress theme but is no longer supported in BP 1.2 version. So either you try to tweak it to use bp-default theme or choose another BuddyPress theme.
