buddy press running rampant on vps
I’ve been running what I would call a small buddypress site with about 150 members.
I have recently moved to a VPS with 2 gigs of ram. This server houses two sites. A buddypress install and a small wordpress standalone blog.
With buddypress I have about 8 plugins running including the buddypress and forum plugins.
My issue is the ram usage – I am currently using about 1.5 gigs of ram. I don’t get a ton of traffic other than the established members and maybe about 2500 visitors per month.
I just don’t know where to start to calm this server down, but I do know that it isn’t right.
Any ideas on where to start?
