I am trying to use this search options plugin and it is not displaying properly. You can see it here http://thesingleparentperspective.com/community/members/

Please tell me what I need to do to fix this.

I am using wordpress 3.3.1
BP Profile Search 2.7
Buddypress 1.5.3.1
Buddypress Template Pack 1.2
