Try a quick permalinks refresh.
Go to … wp-admin > settings > permalinks
Don’t change anything.
Simply click the Save Changes button.

Hi, thanks for suggesting this but I have tried it many times, also did refresh caches, but nothing helps out.
Only admin account is able to navigate through pages but no other user can access profile pages at all and always getting 404 error.
If this happened after update to latest Buddypress, maybe roll-back to last working version? (I’m still on 9.1.1)
WP Rollback plugin available in WP plugins repository.
If you use it, be sure to take a full backup of your site first.
I tried it all and rollback to 10.0.0 version and tested with all versions prior to current update and nothing works for me.
I tried deactivation of plugins.
Change of theme as well.
But no luck happening at all with it.
OK then sorry but please wait for better tech advice here.
The worst issue I had with my site a few months ago forced a full server-rollback to the previous day’s backup.
We lost about 12 hours of user activity, but at least the issue was solved.
Maybe worth considering.
