Buddypess 1.7 and BBpress 2.3

Can anybody help? Installed Buddypess 1.7 and BBpress 2.3 on WP 3.5.1 new installation no other plugins and tried different themes with the same result. Under legacy group forums settings Absolute path to your bbPress configuration file. File does not exist.
Been at this for hours has anybody got away of finding or creating this absolute path to your bbPress configuration file. And is this setting absolutely necessary for setting up Group and Sitewide forums. Help much appreciated thanks.

If it’s a new install why are you mentioning legacy group forums, with 1.7 all forum activity is handled by bbpress, if you want group forums then that is enabled under bbPress settings. Older installs would have needed to migrate and then disable the forum component listed under BP settings page.

Sorry Hugo, I’m pretty new to buddypress. Will I untick this Group Forums (Legacy)under components.
