BuddyPress 14.4 –Pages Not Created on New Site by Buddypress

    Hi,
I installed BuddyPress 14.4 today on a new WordPress site . I am using the latest free version of Astra and Spectra.( both free versions)

Here’s what I have done so far:
Installed BuddyPress plugin and activated it via the dashmenu.
Selected components in Settings → BuddyPress → Components and saved.
Set permalinks to Post Name and clicked Save Changes.
Checked the dashboard — no pages were created automatically under Pages.
    Could you please advise:
What steps should I take to properly create the necessary BuddyPress pages?
I also plan to use wpForo for a forum — will BuddyPress pages need any special setup to work alongside it?

Thank you very much for your guidance.

By default, BuddyPress utilizes the “rewrites” URL parser which creates an equivalent of “pages” which are located from the dashboard @ Settings -> Buddypress -> URLs.

If you require “pages” then you will have to install and activate the BP Classic add-on/plugin of which BuddyPress associated pages will show within WordPress “Pages”.

As for wpForo, they claim integration with BuddyPress, so you should ask your integration questions within their wpForum Integration forum.
