Hi –

As “Admin” I would like to be able to Create Groups and Assign
a “Group Moderator(s)” to run/update the Group, but I Do Not
actually want all the members to be able to Create their own
groups…

So, can I:

1- Do what it explained above? if so, how do I find out how?

2- Or, am I able to set some type of Member “Levels”, and if a
Member is at that Level, then they would be able to Create a
Group? if yes, how do I find out how to do this?
