Buddypress Bar or Buddy Bar not showing in 1.7 version

Urgent, please buddybar is not showing since I installed new version 1.7 of buddy press. bar only appears when peoples is login. I saw in buddy press configurations and all is ok.

Need your help.

Please do a search first, this topic has come up a few times recently with various solutions.
