Buddypress documents

    Does anybody know of an online resource that explains what all of the different documents are within your WordPress or Buddypress folder? I have a basic understanding of how to code, but am unsure of why there are so many different PHP files within my WordPress/Buddypress folders. I am looking to learn the difference between them and what each of them do.
