Buddypress email error?

    I am setting up new website http://www.buddytweet.com. I am currently working on it. But i am facing problem in sending email to user. I have currently disabled activation but i want to verify email at signup. But email is not working. I have tried plugins like “Mail from”, “wp-mail-smtp”, “configure smtp”. But nothings works. I have checked settings by disabling buddypress. It works fine when buddypress disabled.

    “Mail from”+”wp-mail-smtp” works. It was giving me errors when i was using a non-existing email account in ‘mail from’ section. I solved it, yes. So please come and join my buddypress based social network. http://www.buddytweet.com.
