Buddypress Emails not Going Through

Hi, I have email notifications enabled however email notifications for new message received or you have unread messages are not coming through. I would prefer to share the website link privately. Thank you!

@cheyenne711 try to debug if you are regular WP emails are working, like reset password
will suggest using any SMTP service for reliable delivery.

Thanks, I was able to use an SMTP plugin and it worked.
