BuddyPress Group Forums not updating in bbPress

    I succesfully installed WPMµ ( beta 2.7-r1722), BuddyPress (trunk r1324), the forum Bbpress (1.0-alpha6), and the BuddyPress Group Forums plugin (last version 0.35 I think), everything seemed to be OK (amazing ?!), once I imported groups in the Bbpress admin/bpGroups.

    But this morning I turned a group Public to Private, but it remains Public in the Bbpress Forums frontend.

    Also, when I rename a group forum in BuddyPress, the name is not edited in Bbpress.

    I noticed that when I Import Groups another time in the bpGroups admin of Bbpress, details of groups like Public/Private/Hidden is updated, but not the name.

    So, is it a bug, or normal, or it happens only to me and that would means I missed something in my config perhaps …?

    Thx to help me :)

    The Group Status Change Issue has just been solved by the creator of this great plugin : http://code.ourcommoninterest.org/2009/02/14/buddypress-group-forums-for-bbpress/comment-page-1/#comment-216

    Next, the Name Issue :)

    I’ll reply to the name issue here also. The group names and descriptions can be arbitrarily long and can trash the theme layout in bbpress. These are two different software packages Elody and I chose to be as minimally invasive as possible. I left the forum name and description up to the bbpress/wpmu admin’s discretion.

    I didn’t think that a site admin would be too happy to have the theme broken by a long group name.

    I included a way out also. The name and description of the group are pulled over to bbpress and are available as template tags for you to use.

    oci_group_name()

    oci_group_description()
