Buddypress Groups & Friends Issue

    My wordpress version is : 4.6.1
    Buddypress version : 2.7.2
    The theme Im using is : Woffice 1.5.0
    My site is still hosted in localhost

    I have installed buddypress and it is working finely. But in the wordpress dashboard I could not see Groups column and in my profile menu there is no Friends link…… Please help me

    I mean how can I invite users to the website or how can they create a profile and join the website??? This an intranet site
