Buddypress ignores WordPress standard profile fields

I have checked “Enable BuddyPress to WordPress profile syncing”, yet Buddypress is ignoring the following WordPress standard fields:
Website
Google+
Biographical Info

How can I allow the user to edit these fields via the Buddypress profile editor?

Also, the Buddypress profile editor allows the user to set a “Cover Image”. How can I give admins access to users’ cover images?
