BuddyPress Install Issue?

I had to setup a new test site on another laptop since my other one died. I installed Buddypress and I don’t get the option to create sitewide forums. This is will bbPress installed. The Discussion Forums is unchecked. Am I missing something somewhere?

For BP 1.7, install sitewide and/group forums via bbPress plugin https://codex.buddypress.org/user/setting-up-a-new-installation/installing-group-and-sitewide-forums/
