Hi there,

WP 3.2
BP 1.2.9

I installed bbpress 2.0 beta 3 standalone to try it out. This provided a set of admin menus in the backend of WP.

I then uninstalled this and installed Buddypress and installed a new forum through the “Forums Setup”. I can see the forums on the front end but this gives me no menus in the back end to administer forums and topics?

Any ideas?

Ok scrap that I have just read a good explanation which clears my confusion:

“BuddyPress allows you to install a forked version of bbPress. It is not the same as this bbPress.”
