BuddyPress Links don´t work

I disabled the site and then re.enabled. Then none of the links worked, thay all redirect to home. I have installes WP 3.2.1 and BP 1.2.9 It is a multisite and only the subsites work. The main site only redirects to the home including posts and pages.
Any fixes? Thank you!
PS: this happens with bp-default. Also I have changed and saved permalinks several times. now thay are in custom /%postname%/ mode.
