Buddypress Login Box Error

Hi,

I am launching a new website – FoodFitNature.Com – and I am having issues with a sign-up box located on my website sidebar. I have attached a picture of the issue here – https://snag.gy/K7zwnQ.jpg – as you can see circled in red the Username box says “usernameusername” and the password box says “passwordpassword”. Can someone help with this fix?

BuddyPress Version – 2.7.4
Wordpress Version – 4.7.1

Which login widget do you use (seems you use a 3rd party plugin) ? Have you tested with WP or BP login widget ?
With such issues, the fastest way to proceed is to revert to the basic configuration of WP and BP only.

Deactivate all login plugin or custom login code, and give a try.
And verify also that you have only one Name field in xprofile settings (in case you use that BP component).
