Buddypress MultiSite Installation not allowing access to Blogs Folder.

I have a WordPress site with multi-user enabled and Buddypress. However whenever I try to access the Blogs section of the site (http://cgstudent.co.uk/blogs/) I get the following error:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /blogs/ on this server.

Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) mod_jk/1.2.25 mod_python/3.3.1 Python/2.5.2 PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.10 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8g mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.8 Server at cgstudent.co.uk Port 80

Is this a folder permissions problem? Or is there another cure to this issue?

This looks to be a server permissions error. You will likely need to talk to your hosting provider about this.
