buddypress on eris magazine theme

I just bought Eris magazine theme (http://themeforest.net/item/eris-responsive-wordpress-magazine-theme/full_screen_preview/3278817) for my wordpress and want to install buddypress too. But it does not work. I have tryed in 100 different ways and I am about to give up…. I also tryed installing it with BuddyPress Template Pack, but it did not work anyway.
Or maybe it is better to install bbpress, but that does not totally integrate the site, just creates a “forum”?
Would be really happy is anybody could help me.
