Buddypress pages don’t work at all

    Hello, does anyone know why on a clean install of wp and bp… buddypress doesn’t work at all!!
    i use linux vps and root structure.

    when i click on profile or any other page it says:

    Not Found

    The requested URL /members/adminname/profile/ was not found on this server.
    The requested URL /members/adminname/forums/ was not found on this server.
    etc…

    please help!!!
