Buddypress Stalker BP 1.5.3 Compatible?

Hello,
I recently upgraded to BP 1.5.3 or at least I tried to upgrade but the reactivating the plugin step would not complete. I could not get to the Dashboard or to my site. My hosting provider tells me that by removing the Buddypress-Stalker plugin as well as BP-Testimonials from the plugin folder, he could upgrade Buddypress to 1.5.3 and my site is now fully functional.
I just thought you should know. I like your Stalker plugin and would like to continue using it.
P.S. Here’s the error per my hosting provider:
