Buddypress update caused several issues on my site

Wordpress 4.0 Buddypress updated to 2.1

All was well until I did the latest Buddypress update. It has caused several problems
1. There is now a conflict with MapPress and Nextgen Gallery. My maps disappeared until I deactivated Nextgen
2. I can no longer add media to my posts and cannot access my media library through my theme to make posts.
3. It broke my FAQ page where the toggle to get info no longer works
4. Buddypress activity plus plugin has stopped working.Help 🙁
